We are excited to officially launch our new HERCULES Cargo Bike Campaign today!
Part of this is a COMPETITION where you can WIN OUR BRANDED HERCULES CARGO BIKE by submitting your video idea! The competition runs until October 31, 2024.
WHY A CARGO BIKE CAMPAIGN?
At HERCULES, we try to make our contribution to a more environmentally friendly production. We've already taken several steps towards more sustainability in the past, for example by removing plastic handles from our guitar stand packaging or switching to cardboard packaging for our wall hangers.
We want to underline this more sustainable focus with our cargo bike campaign, which aims to show that the music industry can also think in a more environmentally friendly fashion in various ways. Especially because transportation and mobility are crucial aspects in our industry as well. For example the shipping of products, or the transportation of equipment from one gig to another.
WIN THE HERCULES CARGO BIKE:
In order to win the HERCULES Cargo Bike, we want YOU to send us a 15-90-second-long video that demonstrates your ideas on how and in which situations you would use the HERCULES cargo bike. Entries can be submitted until October 31, 2024 at the latest. Persons resident in Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands or Luxembourg are eligible to participate. More details on how to enter can be found below.

Terms of Participation
COMPETITION TERMS HERCULES cargo bike campaign
(1) The competition is organized by MUSIK MEYER GmbH, Industriestraße 20, 35041 Marburg, Germany, as the official distribution partner of HERCULES Stands.
(2) The participation is free and takes place by submitting a video between 15 and 90 seconds in length. The video can be submitted by e-mail (info@qsmusic.eu) or via the social media channels of HERCULES Stands Europe. By participating, the participant agrees to the conditions of participation stated below and agrees that the video may be used as part of the competition to announce the winner.
(3) The prize is a cargo bike from HERCULES GmbH. The prize is non-transferable and a cash payment is excluded.
(4) Participation in the competition is possible until October 31, 2024.
(5) All persons with the minimum age of 18 residing in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg are eligible to participate.
(6) The winning video will be selected by an internal jury consisting of at least 3 employees of MUSIK MEYER GmbH.
(7) Employees of MUSIK MEYER GmbH are excluded from participation.
(8) Each person may only take part in the competition once.
(9) The winner will be notified by e-mail or via social media no later than 14 days after the end of the competition. 30 days after receipt of the notification, the claim to the prize expires without substitution and a new winner will be determined.
(10) The prize (cargo bike) will only be sent free of charge within the following countries: Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg.
(11) MUSIK MEYER GmbH undertakes to treat your personal data collected through participation confidentially. This data will only be processed for the purpose of the competition, will not be passed on to third parties and will only be stored for the period required for the competition. Once the competition has ended, the data will be irrevocably deleted.
